Earlier this year I updated my VMware ESX 2.x VCP certification to VI3 VCP. Well, about a month later, vSphere came out, and I found out I had to pass the exam by year end or I'd have to take an instructor led class again.

Well, I went this morning and I passed the VCP-310 exam with 87%. As stated before, my goal was to complete it before March and I did so I'm happy!
Next step, either CCNA although I have very little interest in telecom but it sure could help me understanding large networks ...

I have held the VCP certification for 2 years now, and I'm working on updating it to the 3.x status. Already having experience with the product helps a lot, but the sheer amount of memorization required for port numbers, min/max specs and requirements is going to be a challenge!
